Venue and Location of Our Classes

All classes, programs, and courses are offered online and directly, too. We offer yoga classes on days and times convenient to the participants.

Our Modules

We've developed eight progressive modules covering most of the aspects of Yoga. Completing up to five modules would ensure a fulfilling practice and transformation for individuals. Modules 6 to 8 explore more profound knowledge, impact and growth.

The modules provide a safe, steady, and progressive journey through yoga, helping you achieve healthy goals at a comfortable pace. Although the modules take perfect shape for the particular group and particular time, we provide a few points for the first five modules to give you an idea. 

Module I - AWARE

(7 to 10 hours)

  • Conscious breathing introduction according to the capacity of the individual
  • Basic Asanas (forward bends & twists) mostly in standing and lying categories – emphasising breath and movement synchronisation
  • Basic Pranayama
  • Emphasis on Food, Nutrition and Sleep for a healthy life journey

(6 to 8 hours)

  • Extending the breath according to the progress of the participants
  • Introducing back arch asanas along with forward bends and twists 
  • Simple Kneeling Sequences
  • Introduction to Pranayama techniques

Module III - The MIND

(6 to 8 hours)

  • An all-around practice that would include single and combination postures with the concepts of ‘stay and hold.’
  • Kneeling sequences focusing on increasing flexibility and strength – with sound/count 
  • Introduction to Prone Postures
  • Pranayama techniques with the introduction of sounds/chants.

Module III - The MIND

  • The classical Surya Namaskaram with proper breathing technique
  • Introduction to Inverted Postures
  • Pranayama techniques with extended sounds/chants
  • Introduction to Visualization Technique

  • Vinyasa kramas with appropriate breathing techniques
