The Yoga practices that we offer adopt an inherently holistic approach and involve adapting the various tools and methods of Yoga techniques, such as asana, pranayama, dhyana, bandhas, visualisation, nyaasam, mudras, and the use of sounds/chants, to the unique and precise health needs of an individual.
In every class, we guide the students through practices that work on the entire body, synchronising conscious breathing with movement/postures with appropriate tools, which helps them progress steadily and safely towards their goal.
